    Get help app keeps crashing then suddenly works.


    Been having this issue with the get help app where the app crashes several times then it starts to work. What's weird is that before the 3/14/2023 cumulative update, it was fine. Weird glitch.

    It's runing through them now. It's a step forward, as the problem was the system crashing as soon as I pressed the key to boot from the disk, it crashed before I even got to install it. When it's done, I'll burn another copy, see if that works.

    Hey there, @Shamonto Hasan Easha!

    I'd try re-plugging the hard drive and checking if the cable is damaged. I'd also suggest to try plugging the drive in another computer and see if it gets recognized properly there. Is it a IDE or SATA drive you're using?
    If the drive is unallocated, this means that the partition has been lost after the power went down.
