Windows 10: Get help window continuously popping up

I am using windows 10 and when i working on offline modewithout internet, get help window continuously popping up with the alert-"It looks like you're not connected to the internet" and this window continuously popping up.

And when I working on online mode that time I can only type a few letters at a time and a new window just keeps popping up on Microsoft edge named- get windows help and many tab will opened continuously. It's very strange and I have no idea what is going on. Please help me

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Step 1:

I suggest you to follow the below steps how to set as default app.

• In the search box, type “settings”.
• Click on “system” and on the left hand corner click on
  “default apps”.
• Under “choose default apps” click on the “+” symbol and you can
  add the apps.

Step 2:

I would suggest you to follow the steps and check if the issue persists:

• 
  Press Windows key +R.
  
• 
  Type inetcpl.cpl and hit Enter.
  
• 
  Click on Programs Tab and click
  Set Programs under Internet Programs.
  
• 
  Click on Select Associate a File type or protocol with a program.
