Windows 10: Get machine language as background upon startup

Woke up yesterday to starting up my Surface Pro, which started up as always until it loaded 2 apps, Skype and Teams. Skype would always load correctly, without incident. When Teams loaded, the machine code appeared in the background. I thought it was a Teams issue, but I have since removed both Skype and Teams and restarted. After 19 secs, the machine code reappears. The ML fills the display and makes it virtually impossible for me to do any computer tasks…just can read the prompts.To add a little drama, tech #3 I spoke to I thought we would find a solution as she connected to my computer

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

 

Language

To remove the Croatian language in Windows 10, we suggest that you follow these steps:

• Open the Settings app, select Time & Language, and click
  Region & Language.
• Under Add a language, select English, and click
  Set as default.
• Select the Croatian language and click Remove.
  
• Close the Settings app, restart the computer, and check if the issue persists.

Arabic language font problem

I suggest you to remove the language pack, download the language pack and set it as default and check for status.

To remove the language pack, follow the steps below:

• Click on Start>Settings>Time & Language.
• In the left pane, click on Region & Language.
• Select the language and click on Remove.

To add a language pack, follow the steps below:

• Click on Start>Settings>Time & Language.
• In the left pane, click on Region & Language.
• Click on Add language.
• Select the language from the list, download and set as default.
