Windows 10: get my account but only bots answer the phone

hello my two accounts have been compromised because they are connected together i have picture of the account witch is connected to my computer and i even have the pictures of the scammer asking me for money to get the account back i have made this account to ask this question and to save an account game that i was able to switch so please someone that works for Microsoft please help me

Ok, than it's waiting game...until Fall...



Sorry, but I just needed to ask if there is a BOT for answering mine and others questions. Getting the same answers were leading to that conclusion. But, if there is no proper answer to the question, why then give a BOT-like answer? It is better just to
say Yes, No, or I don't. "You bought a wrong phone" is no answer.

With respect to Ringtones an answer that better represents the state of things is "You won't be able to do that until the fall update." There have been questions in which someone states that there is a feature that is an absolute necessity for their activities
(ex:Flash, access to file system). If a person absolutely needs those features now Windows Phone won't be the device to satisfy them. Those features are not in the current version of the OS and haven't been seen in either of the betas that Microsoft released.
For someone that needs those features the most immediate solution is another phone.

The answers are not coming from bots. But the answer to question that has been asked once will be the answer to the same question when repeated unless new information had been released since the last time the question was asked.
