Windows 10: Get normal cursor back when using pen tablet?

Since the last Windows 10 update, every time I try to use my pen tablet to navigate in File Explorer or in any browser, my cursor turns in to a white dot with some tiny cross hairs and stops functioning normally. I can't select or enter text, and sometimes it won't even move windows, it only drags a box. I googled around and followed all instructions I could find to disable Windows Ink and anything related, but it's still there. Has anyone else run into this problem and found a solution that worked? Thank you!

Graphic's tablet pen not working.

Hello i'm looking to see if someone could help me. I use a UGEE EX05 Drawing tablet for my work and up until yesterday it worked just fine. Then windows updated and now i can't get the pen to work properly. When i used the tablet after the update the Stabilization
and pen pressure just didn't work on the software i use which is Clip Studio Paint. I thought maybe its the program so i open up Paint Tool Sai. Still didn't work, so i uninstall the windows update, and the tablet still didn't work. So after that i tried to
reinstall the drivers for the tablet and when my computer booted back up after restarting, the pen didn't want to move the cursor. The tablet is aware there is a pen because the light on the tablet glows and the pen still has the ability to click on things,
If i use my mouse to move the cursor on a link and i press the pen on the tablet it opens it. I have tried to do several things for about a day and nothing has worked. I have also tried to ask the company for help on this matter but i have yet to get a response.
If anyone knows how to fix this issue please help.
