Discus and support get rid of MS Office 2016 send a smile in Microsoft Office and 365 to solve the problem; Just recently MS Office 2016 includes a "send a smile" yellow symbol at the top right of the bar and I really want to get rid of it at the whole Office...     get rid of MS Office 2016 send a smile


    Just recently MS Office 2016 includes a "send a smile" yellow symbol at the top right of the bar and I really want to get rid of it at the whole Office suit.

    I could not find a solution at other forums.

    CSISYN stopping detaching surface book keyboard

    I tried restoring my system. This got rid of Office 2016.

    And I had to reset to get rid of the errors restoring caused with the Store.

    now things are ok but I have no office 2016.

    great solution. Just don't use Microsoft software on a Microsoft product?

    How to get rid of smiles??? (C7-00)

    I basicly hate emotiocons 'cause they are terrible and ruin my day, so I gladly would turn them off... I just don't know how. Ideas?

    Frankly speaking, I have not used the versions 2013 and 2016. I am unaware of send a smile.

    I did a google seh and it looks to be promising: How to Disable Send A Smile - Beat Excel!
    If you think the same, you may try it. As I dont have the first have experience, unfortunately I cannot say how it works.

    But if you are not savvy with registry edits, I would suggest you to backup the registry first before editing it.

    but the registry path of your link includes 15.0 but I have 16.0 which does not have a "Feedback" folder at least visible to me

    And I really want to go prudently at the registry level

    please advise
