Windows 10: get stuck in downloading language

Tried many times to install the language. But just stuck there even I have uninstall the language pack and reinstall again. It didn't work

Unable to download language pack ( united kingdom).. stuck at downloading language

hello ,i have saw your suggestions about downloading, as i have also got stuck in downloading the speech language, i have also tried what you told in previous suggestion,but when i click download it take me to the phone update and got get stuck to 0% as
it not using my data[3g].

I suggest you to remove the language pack, download the language pack and set it as default and check for status.

To remove the language pack, follow the steps below:

• Click on Start>Settings>Time & Language.
• In the left pane, click on Region & Language.
• Select the language and click on Remove.

To add a language pack, follow the steps below:

• Click on Start>Settings>Time & Language.
• In the left pane, click on Region & Language.
• Click on Add language.
• Select the language from the list, download and set as default.
