Windows 10: Get Windows 7 theme menu for Windows 10?

Hey, I'd like to know if there's a way to get the customization (theme) menu from Windows 7/8/8.1 back in Windows 10.
The new menu is really frustrating and I cannot add multiple files to the "background" tab in Win 10's customization. I have over 4000 wallpapers and I would prolly be dead by the time I add all of them individually. For now I downloaded an obsolete Windows 7 theme, applied it and then transferred all the wallpapers into the theme's folder in AppData.

How do i get all the personalization setting windows 7 had on windows 10?

I would like to change my windows 10 to have all the personalization setting that windows 7 had but when i go into personalization i cant get the option to get windows 7 theme or any other old theme?

Theme Packs

I was using windows 7 and could get a theme pack with all the photos..with windows 10 I can only get one photo at a time. Aren't we able to get a theme pack anymore?

Personally I use freeware 'Wally', which accesses my wallpaper folder. Wally can be configured in many ways; I have it set to change the wallpaper on logging on, and then exit.

Hi, down load and install "classic shell" you can make Win10 desktop mimic Win7, WinXP and classic Desktops.

It might be what you want.

Classic Shell is a great (free) start menu, and I use it myself; the Win 10 menu abysmally fails to present traditional start menu folders as it suppresses sub-folders (doesn't display them). I regard it as useless and unreliable in this respect.

However it doesn't change the appearance of the desktop otherwise, and doesn't address the original question.
