Windows 10: Getting 0xc1900101 when going from build 1903 to version 22H2 on a clean install

Getting 0xc1900101 error when trying to go from build 1903 to 22H2 on a fresh install

I was having the same error and tried many of the suggestions here before performing the reinstall.

After the windows install from disk I was able to get up to build 1903 but get the error 0xc1900101 when trying to get to 22H2.

With the last attempt the video drivers were uninstalled with this tool as Windows automatically installed them:

Display Driver Uninstaller Download version 18.0.6.4

The setupact and setuperr are linked below. I'm hoping someone can help decipher them as I don't recognize anything in there as a driver or program I'm familiar with. Also being a clean install I don't know what else I can remove.

Edit-I did see this in the error log

So I uninstalled the Mixed Reality app

I have spent more than 8 hours trying to update to Window 19 Version 1903, including doing what you suggested, without success.

The error message I got was:

0xc1900101 - 0xc4000D

The installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during MIGRATE_DATA operation.
