Windows 10: Getting a computer of SS**t mode. Stupid Microsoft app wouldn't install to take it out of...

I recently spent 2 hours trying to get a new HP computer out of S mode so we could use it in a Zoom meeting. I now know what the "S" stands for, S**T

I just read an article in the new Linux magazine on the use of Ramdisks. Using those as a file system can drastically speed up read and write performance. That would be a cool feature to build in the OS of mobile phones that hold a memory card anyway, wouldn´t
it. Then saving a large Excel sheet wouldn´t take ages as it does now (on my E61 anyway), but just a few seconds...

Microsoft Creation update

It seems Microsoft do anything to avoid getting direct feedback. I guess they have to make it hard for us! Everyone has had problems with this stupid Creation update. I hope it`s worth it for someone I can`t see anything in it for a basic user like me.
Once creation was downloaded it wouldn`t let me into ANY desktop on the PC! What am I supposed to do? Cant `goto microsft.com` for help,can`t get into the computer! Techie help has sorted it but you shouldn`t need techie help for every stupid update!! Normal
users would NEVER have thought to do what was suggested and even this young techie did not know if it would work. And why is it so hard to fins a way to get to SAFE mode-which often helps. I still dunno how. Just thoroughly pissed off with Microsoft.

Thanks for your suggestion, but this is a prepaid phone --- no contract. As I said T-Mobile lists the number under an unknown carrier and suggested I contact Microsoft.
