Windows 10: Getting a critical level error for Kernel-Power ID 41 TC 63 right after volmgr ID 161

I have been getting persistent BSOD when playing Forza Horizon 5 for a few months now, with no actual info regarding this except for checking the system logs in the event viewer and seeing volmgr failing to create a dump file, followed by a kernel-power critical error at the time of the BSOD.All of my drivers and windows updates are up to date. My pc has suddenly begun getting BSoD. I've tried updating all my drivers, running memory diagnostics, and I've done a fresh install of Windows, but the problem persists.

My computer is randomly shutting down, I've diagnosed the memory (No problems found), memtested (PASSED), performed multiple clean installs using a formatted nfts USB, updated drivers using AMD adrenalin, dism (No problems found), and sfc (No problems found). I honestly do not know what to do, I do not see the MEMORY.dmp file in my c:\%systemroot% / c:\windows nor do I see a minidump folder. Is there a reason why these files are not here? Can anyone help?

Kernal power 41 (61) id 161

Hello

So lately I have have this issue where my computer would unexpectedly restart without any information. This never happens when a game is running like battlefield 4 only and it occurs more often when chrome is open. When I go to event viewer it says "event
critical kernel power 41 (63) id 161. When the computer restarts the mouse freezes and then the monitors turn off and the computer restarts. How could I fix this problem?

• check mnd dump
