    Windows 7 Update not working!

    Hey everyone,
    I've been trying to update my Windows 7 Professional 32-bit, but I keep getting an error. I'm trying install the Security update for windows 7 (KB979687)

    I'm attaching a screenshot of what shows up.

    FIXED!! Windows 7 sp1 never ends searching for updates

    They made it part of the WU client then, or it's two different things doing the same. Too bad you can't download it separately.

    Getting a error while updating windows 7.

    Win 7 update error??

    Im running win 7 home prem and until now all the updates are working fine untiol i got to this one; Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB976098) Download size: 482 KB.

    every time i go to install it i get an error code {80080008} + {WindowsUpdate_dt000}

    and obviously it fails, its getting really annoying now but was wondering if anyone has had the same issue or knows of a fix*Confused Getting a error while updating windows 7. :confused:

    Ive left a screenshot of the error in an attachment, any advice would be great thanks peeps??
