    I've looked and looked all over forums but have not found anyone with the same problem as me.According to my network and internet properties I'm getting a "Link speed Receive/Transmit: 721/817 Mbps" and according to my control pannel im getting a speed of 1-1.2 Gbps, however, when I test on Ookla, I'm only getting a 91 Mbps download speed and a 94 Mbps upload speed.I cannot switch to wired internet as the motherboard I have TUF gaming Z690-Plus WiFi D4 has factory problems with ethernet speeds above 100 Mbps.I've confirmed my drivers are up to date, ran the troubleshooter to find nothing w

    Download speed is low

    When I am downloading something from the Microsoft Store, Steam or Epic Store, the speed is too low. My Internet speed is 100 MB, so the downloading speed from the Microsoft Store should be about 10MB. But I get about 4 MB. Why is it happening?

    Slow Download Speed

    Hi,

    Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft forums.

    • I would suggest you to test the speed using any of the speed test website or app to confirm the upload and download speed.
    • I also suggest you to reset the wireless router to check if that helps.
    • You may plug in the Ethernet cable if available and check the speed.
