    To,Microsoft CommunityDear Friend, I am using Microsoft Windows 11, New Version 22H2 OS on My Laptop. I am getting " alerted with ! Yellow Symbol " on Windows Security Windows Defender, below taskbar right corner icon on my Laptop, ↓ as circle shown in below Screenshot. But when I open Windows Security Home Page Screen following Options:> alerted with ! Yellow Symbol: App & browser control> Options are marked as Green: Virus & thear protection, Account protection, Firewall & network protection, Device security. But when you click on App & browser control - Reputa

    Yellow alert symbol on netwrk icon, but internet is connected.

    Hi,My windows 10 computer is connected to the internet however it has on the task bar the netwrk icon with a yellow alert symbol,

    when i click on it it says that there is not internet and it is not connected, however i am connected and able to browse without a problem.

    pop-ups security alerts

    Tried everything that was suggested . Still getting security alerts ( even while reading the e-mail from this issue .Also .when I tried to enter command prompt as was suggested on this .
    • Right-click on the Start menu.
    • Select Command Prompt.
    • Type cd/.
    • Press Enter.
    • Type "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" -extoff.
    • Press Enter.
    • This did not go through .I forget the answer it gave ?
    • But nothing happened to change the fact I get security alerts ( in all I.E 11 , yahoo.ca.com/ my home page & Facebook ) in fact on any page I open .So annoying .I click esc, it stops and comes right back on my screen .Also tried the internet
      settings suggested on tools .Dated Aug,20.2017. Thank you .

    Getting alerted with Yellow Symbol in Windows Security App.

    Start Windows Symbol is Yellow

    The START symbol on my Taskbar (Formerly the W7 START Orb) on one of my machines is a bright yellow color. On my other machines it is white.
    Changing the color scheme does not change the color of the symbol.

    This behavior has been going on since I did the upgrade installation over a year ago, but because it is not a big issue I have been ignoring it. So none of the Windows updates have changed anything.

    Any ideas on how to find and correct this?

    Personalize > Colors >
    Make Start .... transparent = ON
    Show color on Start ... = OFF
    Show color on title bar = OFF
    Choose your app mode = Light
