Windows 10: Getting an error 0xc004f050 while upgrading windows 11 home to pro from the Microsoft App...

I purchased an upgrade for Windows 11 pro from windows 11 home machine. I am getting the error code 0xc004f050 after clicking on Install on the Microsoft Store page. attached Screenshot Can anyone please help how I can fix this error and complete the upgrade? Also, If I have purchased the upgrade in my microsoft account , can I do a fresh install and login to apply the upgrade?

Hi,

I have a windows 11 home edition and i just bought an activation key for Windows 11 pro but when i try to put i get the error 0xc004f050.

The 0xc004f050 error is apparently because the key isn't valid anymore, if this is the case how can i check that? so i know if this is a bug of my computer or if i have to buy another key.
