Windows 10: Getting an error in the windows machine connected with National Instruments NI PXIe-1082....

The NI instrument is currently connected only to a monitor and does not have a separate computer system unit CPU with Windows 7 OS. But the error is popping up continuously as "Windows explorer has stopped working" and it doesn`t allow us to use the NI instrument softwares. Highly appreciate a suggestion or possible solution to resolve this issue.

Windows Developper Kit VSL_ INITIALIZATION FAILED after Driver/Application(NI-DAQmx) Installation

Hi Everyone,We are working on Windows development kit 2023 Project Volterra and integrating the National Instrument Data Acquisition (NI-DAQmx).Windows doesn’t have native drivers for NI-DAQmx Device to WOS and shows yellow exclamation mark in device manager.To install the driver and associated software we have installed NI-DAQmx application from national instruments, but mandatory windows reboot, device crashed and displayed “VSL_INITIALIZATION FAILED”.We understood the NI-DAQ Platforms has may have dependency on the architecture, and it is not compatible with the ARM64.Tired on x64 windows machine and it worked without booting issues and driver issues.Could you please help us in debugging the issue and guide us on how to proceed with next steps.Step followed for the installation of Driver.1. Installed the Windows Developer Kit with Latest OS update.2. Installed the NI-DAQmx and NI-DAQmx-Base Application(two trials)3. Mandatory Reboot – Application requires reboot(both x64 and ARM64).4. There is this repetitive error in the Event Application Log:

niZeroconfService - Cannot create another system semaphore.

The source of that error, the niZeroconfService, is from National Instruments (NI).

Didi the start of the issue coincide with installing/updating NI software?

Did the start of the issue coincide with any other software change?
