Title.I went to install Firefox and switch over from Chrome, but when I opened Firefox I received an error where it prompts me to ask a family member, then fails when clicking the button to contact. This led me to my family settings where I found this error message. Here's the catch: I haven't been in a Microsoft family for ages now and I have a second device that utilizes the same Microsoft account and had no issues in the family settings or with opening Firefox. Is there a way I can refresh Microsoft family on a device without resetting it? Should I do a clean install of Windows and keep fil

Hello

We have the same problem.

Internet is working but when I want to log into the Family account through settings I get the message:

We couldn't connect to family account right now.

When I try to connect online (Internet Explorer) It does not load the page.... no error message but it does not load!!

Is there a problem at Microsoft??

Would be great if we can get a helpful answer!!!
