went to win 11 install assistant and get this error every time I try and install it. originally TPM wasn't enabled and i went an enabled it in the BIOS. then health check said i was good to upgrade but Windows update still says im not. the only think i wasn't sure of in the MSI BIOS it said PPT and Dtpm in the options. i left it on PTT

Unable to upgrade to Windows 11 - error 0x8007007f

When I go to Check for Updates it says my PC is compatible with Windows 11. So great!

But when I try to use the Windows 11 Assistant and it is during the "Installation phase" it gets to about 60%. Then the window dissappears and after some monets comes back. It get sto 70% and then stops.

I tried two times and each time it says:
