Windows 10: Getting an invoice for the upgrade of windows home to pro from the store

Hi,I've upgraded 2 computers from windows home to pro using the microsoft store.Both we're logged using 365 account and the upgrade was made without problem.I've waited a week and tried to get the invoice from https://myaccount.microsoft.com/billing/orders/but when I log into the account used for the upgrade, I'm always redirected to this page :Instead of the one listing all the purchase made ...

I recently upgraded 2 laptops from W10 Home to Pro and I can see the purchases in account.microsoft.com/billing/orders but although they charge VAT it does not seem possible to download a VAT invoice from there.

Where can I get the VAT invoice?

No, that was not what I was looking for. I need an official invoice with my company name, address, country, list of inapps, dates, and everything. A real invoice. Is that possible to get?

 

Windows 10 Pro is not getting activated after re-install. I purchased Windows 10 Pro upgrade through Microsoft Store.

• Microsoft Tech Support Team tried the Default Pro key. It upgraded to Windows 10 Pro but didn't get activated and then they tried "Repair" and that also didn't work.
• I performed a clean install with "ei.cfg" like you suggested (mine is OEM). Still not working.
