    Hi,I have bought Lenovo with windows 10 with license, after upgrade of windows 10 to 11, now I am getting black screen with cursor.I have tried all options to recover my windows, which are mentioned in windows support like reset this PC, start explore.exe from task manager etc but nothing work for me.Can you guys please help me to recover my windows license version?s,Regards,Ankush B

    It is frozen or just black screen in Safe mode ?
    might try to repair Windows by an installation DVD or a USB stick
