Windows 10: Getting black screen

Hi ive just finished my first pc build msi b550 tomahawk with ryzen 7 5800x. I turned it on for the first time with the usb in and it said something likeit failed to boot operating system so i turned it off and on again and went into tbe bios and set it to boot of off usb first and then save and exit and reboot after it does it but the screen just stays black and it stays like that for ages and doesnt change

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad
