Hi Guys!

I'm using Dell Inspiron 5402 and windows 11. Its now 4th time in the middle of my work all the sudden my laptop shows a blue screen popping "Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you" and then reboot.

Event viewer shows: The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000e6 (0x0000000000000026, 0x0000000000000000, 0x000000000005f0ae, 0x0000000000000006). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: ca0b840c-9a4f-4515-850a-b6097ec2f3c7.

Need your kind help, please. Is anybody face the same issue, possible fix?

  What is the make and model of your computer?
  
• 
  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
