    Getting blue screen while playing genshin impact


    hello since yesterday if i play only genshin impact game i am getting blue screen it says VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR.but other game is working pretty fine, the game open and as soon loading screen end the game crashes. I am uploading the minidump file for convince012924-10515-01.dmp

    While the anti-cheat on Genshin Impact is known to cause blue screens, it is not listed in your minidump files, your minidump files just indicate memory (RAM) corruption no specific driver or cause is listed

    There is no indication that there is anything wrong with your PC or Windows installation, are you able to roll back that update?

    Genshin impact update gives my laptop blue screen

    My laptop is
    GL62m 7rd
    I upgraded the ram to 20gb of ram

    Whenever i update genshin impact it blue screen of death the laptop
    Also i asked for our local repair shop for a reformat. Laptop has no apps and i'm just litterally downloading genshin impact
    Please help sir

    Play Genshin Impact In Older Version Of Windows

    Eventhough genshin impact is compatible with Windows 7,8 etc, if I use older version of Windows and vulnerable, I scared my genshin acc got hacked. How do I safely play without getting virus and hacked?
