    Windows 7 Bluescreen Of Death

    I have had my DELL PC for years now but only recently have I started getting re-ocurring Bluescreens of death. I get them about 5 times a day randomly.

    I get the same stop code every time: 0x00000116. And 'BlueScreenView' tells me that it is my 'dxgkrnl.sys' graphics driver causing the crashes but I am unaware of how to fix this.

    My PC's Specs are:

    Dell 620

    Windows 7 Home Premium

    i3-2120 CPU @ 3.30GHz

    64-Bit

    4GB of RAM

    Please help!

    Asus Zephyrus G14 is getting bluescreen of death error

    • My Asus Zephyrus G14 GA401IV-BR9N6 (AMD Ryzen 9 4900HS - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060) is getting bluescreen of death error atleast twice a day. I cannot figure out what is the accurate error due to many different bluescreen errors.
    • I have updated all my drivers(Nvidia, AMD etc) and all windows 10 latest updates. I have noticed that these errors are frequent when I use Dolby Atmos as spatial sound option.
    • I checked the event viewer and found out that there are multiple critical errors of 41(63) KERNEL-POWER (70368744177664),(2). I have uploaded all my mini dump + event log as a ZIP file in below link. please check, Thank you.

    I have been facing a BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) problem in my PC since last week, but it was not that frequent. it normally displays one or time in day, but today I faced it consecutively three times within 15 min . Every time my PC gets restarted automatically, the same problem occurs in 5 minutes. It shows the prompt "driver_irql_not_less_or_equal windows 11." and what failed: rtux64w10.sys. Could someone please help me fix this?
