Windows 10: Getting both AutoUpdate.exe & ISUTip.exe system error messages after a reboot

Sometime over the past month, all of a sudden I'm getting System error messages re: AutoUpdate.exe and ISUTip.exe every time I reboot. The problem is I can't find Auto Update in my system for make a correction on, how was it removed without be knowing it? & I have no idea what ISUTip.exe is.....Any help would be appreciated.Edition Windows 10 Home Version 22H2 Installed on ‎10/‎2/‎2020 OS build 19045.2788 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4190.0

some .exe files hang


In the last 48 hours, some .exe files do not execute. If started from explorer, explorer hangs. No error messages. These files run on another Win 10 machine. Nothing obvious in the event viewer. I note that *.exe file cannot be deleted when the system is in this state. I must reboot to regain access to the .exe file. sfc /scannnow shows no errors.

Any suggestions?
