  1. Getting Compatibility Errors from Streaming Sites

I recently bought an HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop and I noticed that almost any type of streaming site gives me an error when I try to watch something. Netflix says "this title is not available to watch instantly" and gives me the error code "M7121-1331." Disney Plus says "something went wrong" and gives the error code 83 which is much easier to remember. Prime Video gives me the link "https://www.amazon.com/dv/error/7031". I followed all of the suggestions on that link and nothing changed. Spotify will only play the first second or so of a song and then instantly skip to the next one and

  2. Issues with compatibility with my site on Explorer

    Hello James,

We realize the inconvenience you are experiencing with accessing websites in Internet Explorer. We will certainly help you.

    • Does this issue occur only when accessing Weebly and Limo business website?
    • Have you tried accessing these websites through different browser like Edge?
    • Have you installed all pending Windows updates?

Let's try the below steps and check if it helps:

Step1: I suggest you to clear the cache and cookies from Internet Explorer and check if you still facing the issue:

    Delete and manage cookies

Step 2: If the issue persists, Disable add-ons
and check if it helps: Manage add-ons in Internet Explorer

Step 3: You can also try Compatibility test and see if it helps.

Sometimes websites don't look like you expect them to–images might not appear, menus might be out of place, and text could be jumbled together. This might be caused by a compatibility problem between Internet Explorer and
the site you're on. Sometimes this can be fixed by adding the site to your Compatibility View list.

To add a site to the Compatibility View list

    • Open the desktop, and then tap or click the Internet Explorer icon on the taskbar.
    • Tap or click the Tools button
, and then tap or click Compatibility View settings.
    • Under Add this website, enter the URL of the site you want to add to the list, and then tap or click
      Add
Note: If you add a site to the Compatibility View list and the page looks worse, the problem might not be compatibility and you should remove the site from
    the list.

You can refer to the below link for more information related to compatibility view:

Fix site display issues with Compatibility View in Internet Explorer 11

Let us know the status of the issue. We will be happy to assist you further.

    Thank you.

  3. Streaming issue error #2036

    Hi,

We still can't confirm what causes this streaming video issue. For us to identify and isolate it better, kindly answer the following questions:

    • Aside from getting an error code, have you also checked if you get any error messages?
    • Does the issue only happen when accessing this site?
    • Have you made any recent changes to your computer prior to the issue?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

We look forward to your response.

Getting Compatibility Errors from Streaming Sites

    Is this compatible?

I think I have narrowed down my mobo selection to the ASUS P5N32-E SLI Plus but, the reviews suggest checking the Qualified Vendors List for memory on the ASUS site as this board can be particular. The information is not currently available. It was suggested in one review that the compatiblity of memory to this board on their list was not accurate. Many other reviews suggest no problems with memory compatibility.

Can anyone tell me if the Corsair XMS2 2gb (2x1gb)- DDR2/800 Twin2X2408-6400 would work troule free on this ASUS board?

Another question....I am planning to use an Intel Core 2DUO E6400 Conroe 2.13ghz on this board. What the heck do I use for a heatsink? There are so many to choose from and I know nothing about them....

    Thanks, Chirp
