    Hello All,


    I have Acer Predator Helios 300 laptop with Windows 10 home 64bit


    I've updated my network drivers and from then I'm getting a blue screen with driver_irql_not_less_or_equal tcpip.sys and my laptop doesn't even start from then. It is always stuck in that blue screen


    I've googled for solutions but provided solutions needed the laptop to start which is unfortunately not my case


    In troubleshooting menu I've tried below options but none of them worked


    1. System Restore: Unfortunately I don't have any restore points created

    2. Rest System: I'm not able to reset my system as well, It goes till 35% and then returns to the troubleshooting screen again. Tried to sfc /scannow and chkdsk but no luck

    3. Finally I decided to try with a bootable USB but no luck in that either. I've made a bootable USB disabled secure boot but my boot menu doesn't show the USB there. I've no Legacy option in my boot mode.


    Please help me in here.

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
