Windows 10: getting error 43 on one of laptop`s graphic cards

Hi,
since some days ago I`m getting Error 43 on one of my laptop`s graphic cards. I have an Alienware 18 with two GeForce 765m graphic cards installed on it. the problem is, I don't know if this card is dead or what. because when I disabled and Enable it in task manager for couple of times it will start working without any error 43. just after I shut down/ restart the computer it will jump to it`s previous state and I have to do the disable/enable thing again. if the SLI feature was enabled through NVidia control panel after each Shut down/restart both cards will get error 43 and GeForce experience and NVidia control panel will not be loaded by windows, I have to disable both cards and randomly enable one of them and the other one after that after doing this Enable/disable thing in SLI mode for like 10 times, when both cards runs with no error 43 after that the SLI will be Enabled, GeForce experience and NVidia Control panel will be available too.
this happens after windows 10 latest cumulative update (KB3200970). this Problem is not happening when I signed off the windows or hibernate the computer.
things that I have done so far:
(windows, graphic driver, and bios are all up-to-date)
removing battery and power cord, holding power button for 30 sec then start the computer. failed
using a windows 10 clean install. failed
using windows 10 (not Anniversary update). failed
using windows 10 with old NVidia drivers. failed
removing the rams. failed

I really need help on this

Windows 10 - Black screen with the cursor. Every time that I update system operative.

It says me this error ie4unit application error when I boot up. I can press ctrl+alt+del to open task manager and execute a task. When I boot up in safe mode Windows works fine. It´s not a graphic card problem I already tried.

 

Monitor connected to laptop issues with Win 10

Hi I have just got rid of the error 43 and have new drivers for the graphics card. Win 10 is recognizing the Monitor correctly and says the graphics card is working fine. The monitor is connected to the laptop by HDMI cable monitor is Samsung Syncmaster
P2770HD graphics card is Ati Radeon mobility 5600. But I stil cannot get Win 10 to accept that I want to connect the Monitor. I am at my wits end, HELP

 

It's possible one of those GPUs are showing death symptoms or just actually dead.

 

The thing that i don`t understand is, if we consider one the Video cards dead or is dying it should show something when for example playing a game. There will be no error until a restart is required, after each restart I have error 43 on both cards.

 

Looks like your cards aren't really dead yet. Error 43 is sometimes the reason of GPU death

 

Update,
I found that this problem only occur if I restart the computer. on shut downs,sign off from the windows or hibernate, after the windows loads there is no errors. but only a restart from windows make this error to show up.

 

Windows Fast Boot option giving you issues possibly?

 

Unfortunately disabling windows fast boot ended up in same result.
