    Getting error - Can't sign in with a personal account. Use your work or school account instead.


    Getting error - Can't sign in with a personal account. Use your work or school account instead. I can log into my Microsoft account and look at it. I get this error when I try to log into HP Connect website and click sign in. A Microsoft dialog box appears and error pops up when I use my email account name. I have tried to contact Microsoft support numerous times but can't get past the recording. I tried virtual assistant and someone called me back and she couldn't help me so she connected me to a support group but after holding for about 30 minutes someone picked up and spoke and when I said
