Windows 10: Getting error code 0x80071ab0 when trying to restore PC

I am running Windows 11 Home insider build and i need to restore my pc but i get error code 0x80071ab0 when i try to restore it. It seems like it restored but when i log into the pc it shows me this error. How can i fix it?

I made basic troubleshooting - changing Software Distribution, clearing cache etc...

nothing helps.

Update keep falling after reaching 17%. When it does it reboots first time. Try install again and then it reboots again and revert all work.

Update that is issuing is info from Windows Event log - Setup:

Package KB5008218 failed to be changed to the Installed state. Status: 0x80071ab0.

Package KB5008287 failed to be changed to the Installed state. Status: 0x80071ab0.

I made DISM repair and sfc repair - no errors shown.

Any idea or help?

A Lenovo Y70 laptop recently installed with Windows 10 Pro v. 1809Oct is successfully updated with KB4487044.

Nevertheless Windows Update repeatedly tries to re-install KB4487044, which fails with error code 0x80071ab0. What is the cause of this error code?





Installation of KB4487044 is reattempted until stopped with WuShowHide.





Subsequent updates all fail with the same error code 0x80071ab0.

WuShowHide has successfully blocked KB4487044, but all subsequent updates fail with the same error code 0x80071ab0 as shown in screenshot #3. This includes security updates, which should not be blocked. For the moment my Windows is at risk.
