Windows 10: Getting External HD to work in Windows 10

How can we use Windows 10 to make a backup of an external hard drive?

I have a Western Digital 1TB External Hard Drive and wish to back this up regularly, to another Western Digital 1TB External Hard Drive, so that I always have an identical copy of the same Hard Drive.

Is there a way in Windows 10, to back up one external hard drive to another external hard drive?

I wish to set it up so that only the updated files, or absence of deleted files are changed when it comes to backing up, leaving me with an identical copy of each external drive after each time I back it up.

If anyone can tell me whether Windows 10 is capable of this, or perhaps onedrive if not, I'd be very greatful.

External HD Connection Problem

I have attached an external HD to my computer running Windows 10 and it will not show up in my drive list. The properties shows it as Seagate.ink - what is an ink file and any suggestions as to how I can get it to work?

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
