Windows 10: Getting killed by police - defaultuser0, ctfmon, COM surrogate

Hello, I am from Bulgaria and for one reason or another getting killed by the police. They found a way of doing in while I am in my private home. Ctfmon is the Microsoft process that controls Alternative User Input and the Office Language bar. It’s how you can control the computer via speech or a pen tablet, or using the onscreen keyboard inputs for asian languages. If you are using any of the mentioned
tasks, you should leave it enabled. Since you've already tried removing it at the task manager, we suggest that you follow the steps below to disable ctfmon.exe:

• Open Settings by clicking the Windows icon.
• At the Settings window, type in Administrative tools and select it.
• At the Administrative tools window, click Services.
• At the services window, look for Touch Keyboard and Handwriting panel service, set this to disabled and stop the service. This will disable the ability to use the onscreen keyboard.

I realize that it must be difficult for you when things are not working as it should. Sorry to know that you are facing this issue. I will try to help you with this issue.

I suggest you to follow these steps to remove the user account from your computer and check if that helps.

• 
  Press “Windows key + R” and type “netplwiz” press Enter.
  
• 
  Select the user account (defaultuser0), click the remove button.
  

Follow the on-screen directions to complete the process. Once this is done restart the pc for the changes to take place.

COM Surrogate using too much CPU, Thumbnail and Icon problem.


Hey guys i've been using Windows 10 for almost a month now, and I'm having some issues with it at the moment. I have too much videos and picture for work, that most thumbnail just won't load or generate.

Issues:

• Thumbnail not generating
• This PC/My Computer keeps loading and saying "Working on it" (File Explorer)
• High CPU usage for COM Surrogate, using 10% of my CPU all the time.

The way to solve it for me at the moment is killing the COM Surrogate process. But I'm looking for a permanent fix, which doesn't involve me killing the process all the time.

Killing the process of COM Surrogate will make:

• Thumbnail and icon to generate (although sometimes it still doesn't)
• This PC/My Computer instantly loads properly, without it saying "Working on it"

Any solution guys?
