Getting MS Edge Out of My Face?

I'm new to Windows 11 currently at 24H2. Call me old-fashioned, but I use Firefox for most Web activity better security addons and Chrome for the sites that don't work in Firefox. I have not use for Edge and would like it to stop ignoring my Default Browser setting. Is there any way to achieve this, or am I just stuck with Edge appearing for everything from the Search Box, etc.? -- JCW2
