Windows 10: Getting Ntkrnlmp.exe frequent BSOD's after trying tons of stuff to fix it, Please help!

Hello, i have been dealing with this for years now, a few days ago i crashed 24 times in about 3 hours, i seemingly crash when im not doing anything demanding, like playing a game, but when im not moving my mouse when watching a video, or afk, i crash frequently.
