Windows 10: getting odd crashes Trouble shooter says CPU cores have errors

I have been getting slowdowns and crashes since upgrading to a new Gigabyte motherboard and a Ryzen 2700x
I also got new Ram and I suspected that.
I tried windows mem diagnostic and it reboots to a blank screen so that's no good.
I ran the windows Hardware troubleshooter and It said all 8 of the ryzen cores have errors ??

I looked in the device manager and when i click on properties on all cores I get this error message
'A driver (service) for this device has been disabled. An alternative driver may be providing this functionality. (Code 32)'
Maybe this is a red herring but would like to hear from someone else who has a Ryzen if this happens on their setup.

Trouble shooter Error C1900101-30018 Windows 10 upgrade.

I have tried to install Windows 10 several times. Download shows OK and installation starts.

Each time it gets to the black screen with a blue circle starting. At 30% progress (files loaded 84%) shuts down and restores system to Windows 7 Pro.

Trouble shooter returns Error C1900101-30018.

Computer is a Lenovo desktop with Intel Core 2 Duo CPU, $GB ram and 143 BG hard drive with 55GB free. Suggestions please. Fred D.

Trouble Shooter and "Get 10 App" Trouble Shooter

I Purchased my computer with Windows 8 installed and automatic updates to 8.1 are installed and current. Both the Action Center Troubleshooter and the "Get Windows 10" app troubleshooter are listing my Windows version as 6.3???? Obviously can't reserve
W10. Tried using Media Creation Tool with no success. Install window goes through download, verification, and media creation steps 0 to 100% then just closes. Any suggestions? Thanks.
