    Getting OEM bind with a used bought motherboard


    I got win 10 home activated without asking for a key. I bought a used motherboardASUS H81M. Does it depends upon good hardware getting better edition or it is a fixed edition by manufacturer? As told its used, is it legal for me to use the oem key used by another person before?

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

    How to bind network card to cpu0 using affinity mask tool

    In order to bind a network card to CPU 0 using interrupt affinity policy configuration tool do you need to install Microsofts hardware pk if not is there any steps needed when using the interrupt affinity policy configuration tool?
