I have discussed all my problems and the issues I faced so that troubleshooting could be easier. Please read it patiently as I am very sad with all these issues.
I have described the current issue in the last. PLEASE HELP me in resolving them.

After installation of windows10 from windows website of iso download I installed in my d drive of my pc because I was having windows 7 in my pc. After few days I got the update of 20H2 version. And the problem started to happen in this way:
    1. After few days suddenly I was not able to type anything in the search box so reenabled the search services but this won't work. Suddenly one I started my pc and I saw my local account get automatically converted into microsoft onlune account. I was shocked however I turn on my internet connection and try to login but I was not able to type anything when it asked for password. I was truly disappointed and was really crying. Then I reset the pc with keeping personal files by going in the advanced option in which all the options were given and then I was able to login and then I changed the online account into offline account.

    2. Everything was fine with the pc after resetting yhe pc so yesterday I thought to delete windows 7 OS from my pc actually I dual boot between windows10 and windows 7 so every time when I make system restore points it gets automatically deleted when I boot to windows10 so finally I delete my windows 7 entry with 'easybcd' and then deleted the partition in which windows 7 was installed and allocated a new partion of d and restart it and I was shocked to not able to boot as it was written clearly "No operating system found" and I was again in panic then I watched a video and do the following steps:
    1.Put my bootable usb pendrive.
2.Open command line type the following command: aC:
    battrib -h -a -s
    cdir
d"bcdboot C:\Windows /S C:" without inverted commas" and press enter and now I was able to boot into my pc.

This was everything that windows community should know.
Now the problem prevailing at present:

    1. I ran the DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restore Health and I got error 0x800f081f "The source file could not be found" I tried everything with again installation of .net framework from sxs folder but did not help.

    2. Decrease in system performance and long booting time

    3. I restated the pc with advanced statup for advanced option but there I get only one option of start up repair. The other options were missing.
    Please see the screen short.
