Windows 10: Getting "Operation could not be completederror 0x00000bbb when trying to print to any printer

Getting "Operation could not be completederror 0x00000bbb when trying to print to any printer.

And same thing happens when I try to print to Microsoft PDF

I have run the troubleshooter, removed the printer, reinstalled the printer.

Stopped and restarted the spooler.


Ran SFC /Scannow


Ran DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth && DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

Still no luck

Printers recognized but won't print

I had to restore my windows 10 HP computer. Now I cannot get either of my printers to print. They are recognized, will not print. I get a message of "Could not start printer. Please check your printer configuration." when printing from an app. I get a
message of "Operation could not be completed (error 0x00000bbb)" when trying to do a test print. What am I missing?

Additionally, one of the printers is an Epson WF-2760 All-in-one. Scanning works perfectly, wirelessly. The other printer is a basic HP LaserJet M15w.

And the HP will not print even if it is connected with USB printer cable. Get the same message for a test print.
