Windows 10: Getting pop we get after right clicking i get when i press A on keyboard?

Whenever i press { a } i get pop up. By pop up, I mean that when I'm on chrome and press alike while typing I get the panel opened of reloading, emoji basically the box we get after right-clicking, and when I'm on a notepad I get the option of undoing paste those things we get after right-clicking. *Every time I pressed A in this Question I got a pop-up.* Is there anything I can do?I have attached Images you can see.

If the above steps didn't work, we suggest that you disable the Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service. Please follow these steps:

• Click on Start.
• Type Services, and then press Enter.
• On the right pane, look for Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service. Double-click on it.
• Locate the Startup Type drop down, and change it to Disabled.
• Click on Apply button to save changes.
• Click on OK button to close the Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service
  window.

Windows 10 Share on right click

I recently right clicked on a sensitive file and instead of clicking on Open with, accidentally clicked on the Share button. The following window popped up:





I immediately pressed the Esc key and the window disappeared. Does this window automatically share the file with the contacts listed in this window? Or would I have had to select a contact and go through additional steps to actually share the file? I'm worried that I've shared sensitive financial information with contacts that really shouldn't have seen them.
