Windows 10: Getting random blue screen and restart since updating to 24H2

Hi, since the update to 24H2 I'm having random issues with my Pc, I get out of nothing a blue screen that stays up for literally 2-3 sec and then it restarts right away. The message, at least the part I manage to read is "Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info and then we'll restart for you."First time it happened, when restarting I found bluetooth function missing, I scanned for corrupted or missing files but found nothing wrong. I noticed then a missing driver for "Controller RAID" code 28 so I also updated all my drivers even chipset whi

Can't get passed blue restart screen

1. What steps have you perform to resolve the issue?

2. Did you make any recent changes to your computer before the issue arise?



For now, I would suggest that you perform Power Drain and check if you are able to boot into the desktop.

• Unplug the charger and remove the battery of your laptop, if using a desktop remove the power cord.
• Press and hold the Power button for 30sec
• Plug the charger/power cord and restart system.
