Windows 10: Getting Rid of annoying Embedded Link Display in Microsoft Mail

Hello All,


This is a very silly doubt, but was annoying continuously...so, please help me out.


In MS-Mail and probably other HTML apps, whenever the cursor has hovered on the link, the big text box is opened. It just persists perhaps as there will be one or other link/image ref will be in the mail. Due to this, reading mail will become a highly irritating experience. Is there a way to shorten the display link of URLs to one or two words? See the snapshot below..it illustrates what I mean

Microsoft Display Adapter not getting connected to PC

Hi,

Thank you for posting your response.

I would suggest that you follow the steps below and check if you can find the adapter in Device Manager.

1. Right click on the Start Menu and then click on Device Manager.

2. From the list of Hardware, find the Microsoft Display Adapter and check if you can find the device in question.

I would also suggest that you follow the troubleshooting steps provided in the first link and check if it helps.
