Windows 10: Getting rid of Microsoft Apps artifacts

I once had an xbox games subscription in the apps store. I tried some games. Eventually I quit the subscription and uninstalled.


Now the very limited storage is full on my Surface Pro 4. I've done all the cleanup I could, and even moved my own files to a flash card, but that's not enough.


I looked for data hogs with the treesize free app. I found that three uninstalled games are still consuming about 60GB in WindowsApps. My account is an administrator, yet I couldn't delete them. I tried to take ownership and give myself full control, but it still says I "require permission from Administrators" to delete them. I can't remove the drive and deal with it on another device.


So now what?

How to get rid of raw file support in windows photo viewer?




I have downloaded this, and it did not work; photo viewer is not in the list of programs in Open With or Default App. I used option 2 step 3, followed by step 5 to 9.
