Windows 10: getting System.BadImageFormatException: An attempt was made to load a program with an...

Got a new pc in November and I haven't been able to play Terraria on it since. Once opening the game it loads for a second then crashes giving me the error System.BadImageFormatException. not sure why here is the whole errorSystem.BadImageFormatException: An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format. I got this cmd error issue "Exception calling "Load" with "1" argument(s): "Could not load file or assembly '1259008 bytes loaded from Anonymously

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

 

Best way to keep vista clean and healthy

Yeah just caught it there.

I'm going to attempt to have a step by step guide on how to use these programs efficiently.
