    Hello, here is a quick guide to get the Canon MP620 printer via wired LAN working on Windows 10.     Canon Mp620 driver for windows10

    On Windows 10, I can scan and print stuff from front tray; but no luck with envelopes. Have downloaded driver from Canon for Win 8.1. No change. I like this MP620; and Canon should continue supporting it.

    Canon Mp620 driver for windows10

    Anyone get scanning to work with the MP620 and Windows 10? I can print to the 620 OK but when I select scan on the printer the display tells me to "Set the PC to start scan". No where to start scan that I could find on Win10.

    Driver version: 2.22.2.20

    This worked OK with Win8.1 and I realize Canon says the MP620 Win10 is only "sorta" supported, maybe I missed something along the way. Also know the printer is not a new model but it works fine and I had no intention of replacing it.
