    It all started when I tried resetting the Start Menu via a registry modification. Little did I know that that message would appear when I did it. Why is this happening and how do I fix it?

    The "A great app is on its way!" tiles won't install

    After resetting my Windows 10 start menu layout using this method, I can't seem to get "A great app is on its way!" tiles to download. I tried enabling and disabling auto-updates in the Windows store, checking for updates (System and Windows Store), running Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth, sfc /scannow, and re-registering the Start Menu. I am running Windows 10 version 1803. None seem to have worked. How do I get Windows to download those software?

    A great app is on its way!

    Problem here too. Several tiles with an arrow pointing down that say "A great app is on its way!" when you mouse over it. Click it, and you get the Tips window open.

    This is a clean install of 1709 on a new blank hard drive. So it's not 3rd party software related. Fix it please.
