Windows 10: getting TLC errors today, just after a "fix"

Attempting to debug why McAfee cannot report to three of their DNS servers, I was told to run Mcafee "Pre-Install" program.


It reported that vs 2010 c++ runtime needed to be "fixed" . The McAfee problem has not been solved, but when I looked in the event I saw 89 new errors: and more are occurring

A fatal error occurred while creating a TLS client credential. The internal error state is 10013.


I don't know how to fix this. I assume it needs to be fixed


Name was Security Update for the 2010 redistributable, not just the redistributables

Fable TLC 2004 wont install on windows 10 x64

I can't get Fable TLC 2004 to install plz help because all the fixes won't work and are outdated. I'm using the
Original 4 disc game. Everytime I start the installer, installshield wizard gives me this error
"1628 failed to complete installation"

I've tried everything-

• Compatibility mode
• Run as Administrator
• Windows Troubleshooter
• Safe Mode
• Disable Antivirus

My computer keeps getting error 0xc0000034, will not fix
