I thought i'd reinstall windows because I was having some crashing problems with a particular game and i just made things worse. I ended up **** my drive I think and had to repair it with chkdsk commands, I thought all was good until I went to update Windows and got a BSOD during the update. I got a "SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED" error code that called out a specific drive that I couldn't catch before it went away. I have the memory dmp but I can't decipher it. Windows 11GPU: RTX 4080CPU: i9-14900KBoard: Asus Z790 Pro Wifi

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

    That's a good thought!

In fact, that reminded me to suggest perhaps a clean reinstall of MBAE.
Normally, the devs like to collect logs FIRST, as the clean reinstall will wipe them out, with their data.

But, if you want to try that -- regardless of what you find in the services -- BEFORE heading over to the MBAE forum, then you might want to try the advice in these 2 pinned posts.
One lists the steps for a clean reinstall and the other includes a link to a special MBAE cleanup tool for a squeaky clean feeling:
    https://forums.malwarebytes.org/topic/171634-windows-10-issues-follow-these-steps/
    https://forums.malwarebytes.org/topi...omment-1011766

If that works, then it might save you the trouble of having to get more help.

    Cheers,
    MM
