Windows 10: Getting "Updates are underway. Please keep your computer on" every single time I restart or...

For the last few days I've been seeing the "Updates are underway. Please keep your computer on" screen every time I restart or shutdown, and I need to physically force a reset of my PC or power off. I've tried leaving it overnight and it seemed to finally shutdown at some point during the night only for it to do exactly the same the next time I wanted to restart\shutdown.I believe this may be related to KB5022845 which Windows Update keeps trying to reinstall despite it having successfully installed on February 15th. Each time it attempts to reinstall it takes hours download and install.So far

Windows 11 stuck on updates are underway afrer restart.

Every time i restart my computer inside of windows it gets stuck on updates are underway and the only thing that helps is pressing the restart button on my pc. How could i fix this?

I need help, my computer is stuck on Updates are underway, please don’t turn of the computer, and right after that it says restarting… then it restarts. It has been like this for hours how can I fix this? It’s like an endless loop. I have a Acer Aspire desktop
