Windows 10: Getting "????" while typing in CMD in troubleshot.

Hello There,Yesterday i got a blue screen and message was "Your PC Needs to be Repaired with Error code: 0xc00000e", So i made a bootable USB and use troubleshot --> first i use startup repair, it didnt help, i watched some videos on youtube.Now i am in command prompt but whenever i type in CMD i get "???" while typing only alphabets, but numbers are working fine.I am attaching the image .

• What steps have you taken so far?
• did you receive and error message?

I would suggest you to run System File Checker. its a utility in Windows that allows users to scan for corruptions in Windows system files and restored corrupted files. Follow the steps below:

• Press Win + R on the keyboard
• Type CMD the hit OK
• Type: sfc/scannow at the Command Prompt.

Let us know how it goes.

 

Boot problems: Black screen + CMD no explorer.exe

Alright i've followed Navy's steps carefully. 1. I've typed in DISKPART in cmd and it said some microsoft stuff. 2. I've typed in list volume and i've found all volumes including my flash drive.
3. I've typed in cd c:\eek\bin64\ and it displayed ACTIVE/ADD/ASSIGN/etc.

Am I in the right path? I'm just asking if I am because I might do something wrong.

  get blue screen ( message NTFS file)

  it reboots returns to diagnosing PC
  
• 
  Diagnose and repair fails
  
• 
  I move to advance options
  
• 
  will not reset windows , I click on CMD
  

things I've tried
commands:

reagentc /disable

reagentc /enable

*************************FAILED
not recognized
**********************************

Please advise
