Windows 10: Getting Windows 10 download upgrade error code: 0x80072F8F - 0x20000

Trying to upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 after havintg bought the upgrade and acquired license key. When attempting to run upgrade the error message occur. What does this mean and how to correct?

Recently I've fixed my old windows 7 computer and I thought to upgrade my windows 7 to windows 10 and I downloaded it from the website but when I try to run the creations tool it says, "Error code: 0x80072F8F - 0x20000.." even my system meets the requirements and the tool doesn't run.

I have the same problem of error code 0x80072F8F-0x20000 when upgrading my desktop of window 7 to window 10. I tried many suggested ways from this group and youtube but couldn't help.

The successful and easy way is go to below web site :

,then use a USB with at least 8GB to create the installation media.

Firstly, check the Microsoft product key from your computer, because you may need to give this key in the process. And then, use the USB in the computer and click set up and follow the process. Then it will upgrade to window 10. It is that easy.
